Purchase Agreement Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment


This Acknowledgement memorializes the Purchasing Agreement Terms & Conditions entered into by Sarah Turner Agency, Inc. (“Company”) and the purchasing student (“Student”) (collectively the “Parties.”) Such terms became effective on the date Student purchased the below course materials (“Effective Date”).

WHEREAS, Company has created the digital course and community entitled Write Your Way To Freedom (“WYWTF”) and owns the rights to the intellectual property contained therein (“Proprietary Information”);

WHEREAS, Company has agreed to provide access to WYWTF, and Student has agreed to compensate Company for such access, the Parties agree as follows:

Disclosure Student understands that he or she needs to have access to the internet and an email address to access WYWTF. Student also understands that his or her success from this program will be a result of his or her own efforts.

Access to Write Your Way to Freedom
Subject to the limitations below, Student shall have lifetime access to Write Your Way to Freedom, currently hosted on Circle.
The Company may transfer WYWTF to another platform or provide a personal digital copy at its discretion. Course material and features may be periodically updated. Such changes will not alter the Purchase Agreement as outlined herein.
Coaching Program: Access to the WYWTF Coaching Program and related materials is granted for one year from the Effective Date, after which the Student may opt to renew access under the terms currently in effect.
Copyright and Confidential information: Student acknowledges that he or she will have access to the WYWTF Proprietary Information, which is the sole property of Company. Student shall never copy, share, disseminate, or sell, any such Proprietary Information to any third party except as explicitly authorized by Company in writing.

Payment
Student agrees to pay Company according to the schedule set forth at checkout and as follows:
One-time payment of $5,800
Two monthly payments of $3,000
Three monthly payments of $2,100
Four monthly payments of $1,600
Twelve monthly payments of $600
Charges: Student agrees that their card on file will be charged on the agreed upon schedule. Student also agrees that Company may withdraw smaller charges to the card on file for the purpose of recovering unpaid amounts owed by.
Failure to comply with Student’s obligations to make timely payments will result in revocation of access to WYWTF at the sole discretion of the Company.
Miscellaneous
Entirety of Terms: This Acknowledgement memorializes the entire Purchasing Agreement between the Parties with respect to the terms discussed herein. All prior agreements (whether express or implied, written or oral) relating to the terms of this Acknowledgement, are nullified and superseded hereby.
Governing Law: The Purchase Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
No Legal or Financial Advice: The Company does not offer any legal, tax, or financial advice. Student acknowledges that he or she is responsible for their own actions and hereby releases and holds harmless the Company for any legal, tax, or financial consequences incurred as a result.
Arbitration: The parties waive trial by court or jury. Student agrees that all disputes which may arise out of the terms of the Purchase Agreement or the relationship between the parties shall be decided exclusively in binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. Student also waives his or her right to bring or participate in a class action against Company or its parent, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, officers, and/or principals.
Severability: If any provision contained herein shall be held unenforceable such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Assignments: The Company may assign the rights memorialized herein to any affiliated person or entity at its sole discretion.
